Personal, One to One: Matwork, all equipment if available.
Small Groups 2 – 4: Matwork, reformers, gym balls, bosu.
Groups: Matwork only.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR
Wear clothing you feel comfortable in, loose fitting or stretchy clothing, eg tracksuit, tee or sweat shirt, cycling type shorts or leggings. The studio is carpeted and socks are worn on feet. We have a changing room, and bring a towel if you perspire easily.
